On 04-28-17, Wikileaks releases the source code for a secret CIA program called Scribbles V1.0-RC1. This program was supposedly created to track and find whistle-blowers. While the use and the creation motivations are elements best suited for others to report on, this report will show and discuss the 9-22 code contained in the Scribbles name, date and version.
